Asia continues to face several conservation challenges, which arise from habitat destruction, rapid development, climate change, poaching, illegal wildlife trade, and increasing anthropogenic pressures on natural ecosystems. The 6th Conservation Asia Congress, conducted from 3–5 June 2026 provided an invaluable platform for scientists, policymakers, conservation practitioners, and local communities to exchange knowledge, strengthen regional collaborations, and develop innovative strategies for conserving Asia’s rich biodiversity.
